Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Participate as a member of the management team
  • Lead all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention
  • Oversee recruiting training and development and benefit administration
  • Manage employee relations compensation administration and safety programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the management team and employees
  • Drive success and performance in line with business goals

    • Experience you will need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business organizational development psychology or other related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of successful experience as an HR generalist with management responsibility
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the organization
  • Experience in coaching mentoring and fostering positive employee relationships
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Prior experience managing training and safety programs preferred
