- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- California Professional Engineer registration.
- Minimum of twelve years of qualifying design and project management experience.
- Knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office, CAD, and discipline-specific software.
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for an average 8-hour work shift.
- Vision to view computer screens or printed materials and graphics independently.
- Mobility to stand or walk on job sites as required.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Effective hearing and speech skills to communicate in English in person and over the telephone.
