- Review, draft, and negotiate third-party contracts, provider agreements, and business transactions.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, privacy and security, intellectual property, and healthcare law.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring GVHC remains compliant with Federal and State laws.
- Provide legal support on accreditation programs, site visits, and clinic / pharmacy operations.
- Work closely with leadership and various departments to develop policies and procedures that align with legal and ethical standards.
- Represent GVHC in depositions, legal discussions, and regulatory matters.
