Responsibilities
- PLC & HMI Programming àOMRON (CX Programmer, CX Designer, SYSMAC), SIEMENS (Step7, TIA portal, WINCC), AB (RS LOGIX 5000), GE (cimplicity)
- Electrical Schematic Design àWring diagrams, Panel electric, BOM Preparation, using AUTOCAD, SEE ELECTRIC
- Concept Designs à Layout (Elec Equipment’s) Proposal, Capacity/Consumption calculation (400V,24V), Wiring/Communication layouts, Design material Estimations knowledge.
- Communication Protocol à Profibus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Modbus, OPC server
- Automation Technologies à JIGs, ARC Welding, STUD Welding, RSW/Hand robot, Sealing concepts, RFID, Vision Camera, Pneumatic connections, Plant Production Systems.
- Physical Phase Exposure (PLC & HMI)à Installation & Commissioning of Manual /Auto Jigs, Robots, Drives, Vision Systems etc
- Hands ON Experience in operation and programming (Basics) of FANUC / ABB / KUKA Robots
- Project Management (Physical Phase) à Safety, Concern Closing, Equipment Buyoff
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma (Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics) with knowledge of automobile parts
