Your Role & Responsibilities
- Review and refine existing survey questions across five focus areas, ensuring clarity, inclusiveness, and effectiveness
- Distribute the survey via the Qualtrics platform to reach a diverse staff audience
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative responses, identifying trends, themes, and actionable insights
- Develop a comprehensive report summarizing key findings, complete with visual data presentations and recommendations
- Present your findings to leadership, offering clear insights that support strategic workforce decisions
- Facilitate small group sessions to support action planning based on survey results
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- At least 8 years of experience in workforce analysis, employee engagement, public health, or related fields
- Deep expertise in survey design, implementation, and data analysis using platforms like Qualtrics
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience with workforce development, employee wellness, or organizational culture initiatives
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Background working in public health, government agencies, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience conducting assessments with an equity and inclusion lens
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Public Health, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in survey methodology, workforce development, or organizational change management are a plus
