Your Role & Responsibilities
- Incident Management
- Assess incidents for business impact and prioritize based on severity
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, working with technical teams to resolve high-priority incidents (P1/P2)
- Ensure clear communication between technical support teams and business stakeholders
- System & Process Enhancements
- Identify and manage system and process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align priorities
- Participate in enhancement activities, including requirements gathering, cost estimation, design, testing, and deployment
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams, including those managing related areas like outdoor lighting
- Attend daily standups, change preparation meetings, and strategy sessions
- Prepare incident assessment reports, prioritization plans, and enhancement proposals
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Incident Management Expertise – 5-7 years of experience in incident management, including impact assessment and resolution coordination
- SAP ISU & Meter Lifecycle Management – Experience with SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (ISU) and meter lifecycle management is highly preferred
- Utility Industry Knowledge – Background in the utility sector is a strong plus
- Technical Proficiency –
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries is a plus
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in a regulated utility environment
- Familiarity with change management processes for IT systems
- Exposure to SAP integration with communication devices and correcting instruments
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, demonstrating a solid educational foundation
