Trissential is hiring a Consultant, Systems Analyst to join our client’s team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining critical imaging applications. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to applications supported by the Image Management Systems unit
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom system software and configurations for purchased applications
- Support hardware systems and software applications across multiple sites within the healthcare network
- Work independently to identify and resolve system issues, applying proven problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth system operations
- Evaluate alternative solutions and present recommendations for system improvements
- Maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, resource inventories, and implementation plans
- Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed to ensure system availability
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Significant experience in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Strong ability to work independently while staying focused on key issues
- Excellent communication skills, with experience interfacing directly with customers and technical teams
- Healthcare IT experience is highly desired—understanding of clinical workflows and imaging applications is a plus
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience
- OR Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience
