Your Role & Responsibilities
As the ERP Product Owner / Business Analyst, you will:
- Define the ERP vision & strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize ERP requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into ERP user stories and acceptance criteria
- Optimize business processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
- Act as the primary ERP point of contact, ensuring optimal system performance
- Support application development & change management, ensuring seamless ERP integration across business functions
- Create and maintain ERP documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, issue resolution, and assessing new ERP updates
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5 years of experience in ERP management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
- Expertise in ERP product ownership with a track record of delivering system improvements
- Strong business process analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with Epicor ERP (preferred) or SAP
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Strong understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry
- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or a similar certification
- Experience in quality assurance and change management
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
