We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and help deliver outstanding services to our customers and dealer network.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing customer orders, supporting inside sales, and maintaining seamless communication with our dealer base. You will collaborate closely with Logistics and Planning teams to ensure efficient production and delivery of pools, products, and services across the United States and Canada. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will help drive Explore Industries' success.

What You’ll Do

  • Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules based on production lead times.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm payments prior to order delivery.
  • Manage existing inventory for consignment or stock customers by integrating units into construction schedules.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status, scheduling, and product information.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience :

  • 1 years of customer service, administrative, or invoicing experience.
  • 1 years of experience building relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • CRM experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central or SAP (preferred).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train within the team for maximum efficiency.
  • Flexibility to accommodate after-hours customer needs as required.
