About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our Las Vegas team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships—ensuring outstanding service, building long-lasting partnerships, and growing our business. You'll be the go-to expert for clients, resolving issues, managing projects, and working alongside our team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Work with leadership to refine marketing strategies and expand sales outreach.
- Close deals with confidence and drive revenue growth.
- Represent Exploring Graphics at industry events and trade shows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to seize new business opportunities.
- Foster strong client relationships through trust, communication, and superior service.
- Generate sales reports, market insights, and updates on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven sales experience in grand format/digital printing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills—you know how to seal the deal!
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve client experiences.
- Project management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with ease.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven—you're always thinking ahead.
- Comfort with cold calling and lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based with occasional exposure to production environments.
- Frequent sitting, walking, and computer work.
