Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Operations for both Brumark Total Flooring and Exploring Graphics. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative duties, manage inventory control, and handle Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory databases.
- Prepare and process Bill of Lading (BOL) documents and ensure accurate shipping records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external vendors.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience with inventory control and logistics documentation, specifically BOL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
