Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee all inside sales operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-energy, results-driven environment.
- Coaching & Development: Lead from the sales floor, providing real-time coaching, mentoring, and support to sales agents.
- Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip new and existing sales reps with the skills and tools to succeed.
- Performance Management: Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring accountability for individual and team performance.
- Collaboration: Engage in daily and weekly discussions with senior leadership to review successes, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Hands-On Leadership: Immerse yourself in all aspects of the inside sales operation during the first six months, with a focus on team-building and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and reporting platforms.
- Experience in process optimization, operations management, or production environments.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
