What You’ll Do
- Team Supervision & Leadership: Lead a team of 8-10 agents, setting high standards and driving performance. You'll be their coach, motivator, and mentor, ensuring they hit their targets and constantly improve.
- Training & Development: Create and deliver dynamic training programs that empower agents to succeed. You’ll provide continuous learning opportunities, whether it’s refining sales techniques or introducing new processes.
- Performance Management: Track agent performance against key metrics, provide regular feedback, and implement action plans to ensure goals are consistently met. You’ll tackle underperformance head-on with corrective actions and targeted coaching.
- Culture & Values: Lead by example, ensuring your team embodies Expo Home’s core values. You’ll foster a positive, results-driven culture that aligns with our mission and delivers high-quality customer service.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Resolve internal team challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment. You’ll also collaborate with management to address performance issues and keep operations running smoothly.
- Communication with Management: Maintain open, transparent communication with sales and management teams, provide regular updates on team performance and working collaboratively to improve operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: Experience managing and leading an inside sales or call center team (8-10 agents preferred). You know how to motivate, coach, and drive results.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re an effective communicator who can lead with confidence, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team dynamic.
- Sales Process Expert: You have the ability to create, refine, and implement effective sales processes and best practices that drive results.
- Problem-Solver: You can tackle challenges head-on, whether it’s managing performance issues or resolving internal conflicts.
