- Appointment slots typically start at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM. Sales Representatives are expected to be available for three pre-scheduled in-home appointments daily and attend in-office sales training sessions once or twice a week.
- Travel is required. Appointments may be located 30 minutes to 2 hours away.
- No cold calling or door knocking—pre-set, pre-qualified, and pre-scheduled appointments.

- Provide professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication and memorization skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales.
- Preferred: Knowledge of home improvement, particularly bath/shower and/or windows/doors.
- Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment.
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales Acumen – Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and close sales effectively.
