Responsibilities
- Enter sales orders and process customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Enter repair/service CMR’s (Customer Materials Returns) and process customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Schedule and expedite repairs and site services, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Raise purchase orders for 3rd-party labor and parts
- Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, medicals, and training) for service technicians and other team members
- Assist in processing paperwork for visa applications for service team members
- Provide general administrative support to the Spares Repairs and Site Service department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with sales order entry, scheduling, and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with visa application processes and travel booking software (e.g., Concur, Expedia) preferred
- Willingness to travel to the UK for training and meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
