Laundry Attendant Salem "Part Time"

Love your job with Express Eco! Join our family and work in a high-volume laundromat where we aim to provide an easy, comfortable self-serve laundry facility for our customers with excellent customer service. We seek to make Laundry a breeze while generating and maintaining a loyal customer base.

Shift: 7am- 10am Mon-Fri 6am -10am Sat-Sun

Both Lancaster locations.

Express Eco is looking for a Customer Service Attendant to greet every guest with a genuine welcome. Express Service starts with our Attendant Team and is an important part of the customer experience. We are looking to fill Customer Service positions immediately. As a Customer Service Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service, keep the store organized and clean, and other on-site duties.

As a Customer Service Attendant, your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Teaching all customers about our mission and our machines
• Exhibiting teamwork
• Effectively maintaining our store’s Earth-Friendly Environment and the Express Eco Standard of cleanliness
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our Story and why our impact on the environment is so important.
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town

Skills Required for this Position:

• Laundry and/or Customer Service experienced preferred.
• Weekend and/or Evening availability
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable and Self Motivated
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. repetitively

Compensation starts at $15.25 per hour and a $60/month laundry stipend for a candidate that meets all of the above requirements.
