Basic Function
- Process accounts receivable transactions including payments by check, ACH and online payments.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Prepare cash receipts for processing
- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare interest statements
- Answer a large volume of incoming calls and emails from franchisees and their staff.
- Solve problems responsibly and efficiently.
Typical Requirements
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including 10 key and Microsoft excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior Customer Service experience required.
- Documentation skills.
- Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers.
- Strong verbal skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in fast paced high stress situations.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Team Oriented.
- Prior Accounting experience preferred.

Supervision: Received – Given: General supervision, work alone on routine work from standard practices and procedures and question non-standard conditions.
Accuracy, Accountability and Control: Probable errors would usually be detected in succeeding operations and generally confined to a single department or phase of company activities. They may affect the work of others within the unit. An expenditure of time is necessary to trace errors and to make corrections.
Contacts: Internal – External:
Internal contacts are used to gather information.
External contacts are made with limited or no supervision and concern matters that require explanation, discussion, interpretation or approvals.
Specialized Skill or Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of excel and able to navigate easily through the system.
Confidential Information: Everything has some degree of confidentiality. Must know who is entitled to what information.
