Job Summary
Coordinates and manages the Express Services, Inc. franchise office systems and all related publications. Coordinates the production and maintenance of manuals and publications online and via hardcopy as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Research processes and policies to create publications for the Express franchise sales and operating system.
2. Develop, write, edit, and maintain publications, manuals, and related special projects.
3. Maintain/organize distribution of online and hard copy publications.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Technical Writing and Desktop Publishing.
- Form Design and Print Production.
- Multiple software, including spreadsheet, database, and graphics programs.
- Technical Communications Suite Software.
Education and Experience:
- Must have 5 to 7 years’ experience as a technical writer.
- Preferred to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ field experience in the staffing industry.
- Needs customer service skills, good verbal communications skills/business knowledge.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience.
