Leadership

• Provides leadership around defined core technologies necessary to meet franchise, client and associate needs including development tools and methodologies, package solutions, systems architecture, security techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with the business to solution the architectural strategy and execution for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of architects and engineers. You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our architectural practices are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. Your role will involve evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, designing high-level frameworks, and providing technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and security, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Roles and Responsibilities

• Roles/Responsibilities

                     o          Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.

                     o          Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency in line with business                                           strategy.

                     o          Cultivate relationships with IT management.

                     o          Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and architectures.

                     o          Develop and maintain current and planned state architectural blueprints.

                     o          Develop and maintain an aspirational architectural road map for the enterprise.

                     o          Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies.

                     o          Gain organizational commitment for enterprise level architecture and infrastructure initiatives

                     o          Provide architectural direction to Enterprise Architects, Business Architects and Solution                                                   Architects.

                     o          Develop architectural metrics and reports for the executive team, business and IT management

Innovation Leadership

Foster innovation and continuous improvement, leading Architecture practice and the adoption of supporting methodologies

• Lead initiatives to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that drive competitive advantage.

Technology Discovery

o          Conduct ongoing research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends.

o          Evaluate potential technology partners and solutions to enhance business capabilities.

Business Coordination

                     o          Collaborate with business units during the project intake process to ensure a clear                                                         understanding of requirements and objectives.

o          Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective                        communication and collaboration.

Vision Alignment

o          Ensure that the technology strategy aligns with the overall business vision and goals.

o          Develop and communicate a clear technology roadmap that supports business priorities.

Strategic Planning

o          Participate in strategic planning sessions to integrate technology considerations into business                planning.

o          Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on technology investments and                    priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o          Work closely with product management, marketing, and operations teams to align technology                initiatives with customer needs and market demands.

o          Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure the integrity and security of technology                          solutions.

Performance Metrics

o          Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of technology initiatives on business                      outcomes.

o          Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
