Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (On-Site)

Compensation: $23 - $29/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role requires experience handling high-volume accounts payable and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3-way matching and the ability to manage invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with precision and timeliness
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, and invoice)
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for accounts payable transactions and reconciliations
• Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
• Maintain vendor records and handle inquiries professionally
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of high-volume accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong knowledge of 3-way matching
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
