Automotive Mechanics - Must live near or in Shasta County, CA

Express Employment Redding is currently seeking mechanics either ASE Certified or have a minimum of 5 years' experience to become an integral part of our clients' team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles.

We Are Seeking The Following Types Of Mechanics

Fleet

Heavy Equipment

Truck and Automotive

Diesel

Service

Wage depends on client and skills. Some positions require you to have your own tools or most of your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields - ASE certified or at least 5 years' experience in an automotive shop
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment and reflash programming
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to test drive customer vehicles before/after repairs with a valid drivers' license
  
  

We are searching for enthusiastic mechanics who will be focused on providing high quality service to help our clients resolve issues with vehicle performance and appearance, inspect mechanical and electronic components, diagnose issues, and help find resolutions to avert issues that may affect the performance or longevity of their vehicles for our clients. You should be thorough, reliable, honest, logical, and motivated. We are looking for a mechanic that will help us continue to serve our clients and help to continue to grow our business.

ASE is strongly preferred but not required, however, to be considered, 5 years' of automotive experience is required. Some AC service is experience is appreciated.
