Position Highlights

• Regular hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Pay: $19-21 per hour with commissions - Projected income $55,000-75,000
• Location: Spanish Fork, UT
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls for client acquisition
• Conduct interviews and oversee background checks/E-verification of associates
• Engage in active recruitment and interview scheduling
• Perform quality control follow-ups

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent office experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Multitasking prowess and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Outlook
• Customer service expertise and familiarity with standard office equipment
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
