Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Brooklyn Park, MN. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, recruiting and training employees, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- 5 years of staffing experience leading a team
- Management, Leadership, and Team Building skills
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills is a must
- Recruiting, Training, and Staff Development skills
- 5 years experience in sales and in leading a sales team
- Knowledge of HR policies and Employment Laws
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
