CAD/CAM Design Engineer with CNC Programming experience

Express is looking for a CAD/CAM Design Engineer

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

• Experience utilizing AutoCAD Software for preparation of detailed Architectural Submittal Drawings
• Utilize 3D CAD Software to create product and component models, assembly models and detailed technical drawings showing all necessary manufacturing requirements, tolerances and dimensions
• Utilize CAM Software to design toolpaths and verify machine simulations for 5 axis CNC Machine
• Create Templates for standardizing model based designs and CAM Programs
• Create/Maintain project specific Bills of Materials
• Technical communications with customers, both written and oral
  
  

Qualified Candidates Will Possess

• Previous experience with CAD/CAM modeling
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Experience with SolidWorks software
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural & Structural Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of general architectural design principles and construction knowledge
• Working knowledge with CNC machine coding
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• four year college or University degree in an Engineering discipline
• OR two - four years related work experience and/or training
• OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 1-3 years experience in manufacturing or automation industries preferred
