Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer oriented Client Inside Sales Representative to join our logistics and packaging team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates eager to launch their careers in sales and customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced B2B environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building relationships, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth, while learning the ins and outs of the logistics and packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management :
- Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on customer requests and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Sales and Order Management :
Create quotes, process orders, and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to maintain smooth order fulfillment.Update and maintain records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales opportunities.B2B Sales Development :
Support business growth by conducting outbound calls to potential clients and building new relationships.Assist in preparing and delivering product proposals and presentations to prospective customers.Contribute to the development of strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.Problem Resolution and Support :
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve order issues or delays.Keep customers informed of their order status and proactively address potential challenges.Provide personalized follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Training and Development :
Participate in company training programs to gain a deeper understanding of products, services, and industry trends.Learn about key aspects of logistics, supply chain management, and packaging solutions to build expertise.Engage with senior team members and mentors for career development and guidance.Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred :
Internships or prior experience in customer service, sales, or the logistics / packaging industry (not required).Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Interest in developing skills in B2B sales and customer relationship management.Why Join Us?
