Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (480V and 120V).
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to diagnose and address equipment problems.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment.
- Ensure all machinery is operating efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular maintenance checks and preventive maintenance programs.
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and departments.
- Pass drug screening and physical examination requirements.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- Ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
