Machine Operator - Concrete Manufacturing

Express is looking for Machine Operator - Concrete Manufacturing

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

• Operate and manage block machine mechanics, functions, and performance
• Execute mold changes, height changes, color changes, and general machine adjustments
• Knowledge of all aggregates and raw materials and ability to identify by visual
• Knowledge of batching system, batch reporting, moisture adjustments and product mix
• Perform visual and physical product quality inspections
• Verify that all product machines are running properly and safely
• Continuously observe machine during production to promote optimum product yield
• Monitor systems to optimize production flow and up time
  
  

Qualified Candidates Will Possess

• Previous experience in manufacturing production machinery operation
• Ability to operate block machine, cuber, loader, unloader, kiln system
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand tools
• Demonstrate clear verbal skills
• Predicable and regular attendance is required
• Requires basic reading, writing and mathematical skills
• Ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
• Ability to wear all required PPE
