Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding, including forming, punching, and shearing.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Use tools such as welders, grinders, and punch presses to complete projects according to specifications.
- Follow diagrams and sketches to execute welding tasks with precision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in MIG welding or fabrication.
- Experience with press brake operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work long hours if necessary.
- Previous experience with agricultural equipment is a bonus but not required.
