Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in home and community settings, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status using EMR and EHR systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Proficient in basic life support and patient care
• Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems, including Cerner and Epic
• Experience in home and community care settings
• Familiarity with medical documentation and terminology
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem, Travel nursing

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
