Express Employment is seeking to hire 20 or more general laborers for a turnaround project at a local plant. This special project is set to begin in the first week of May 2025 and will last approximately two weeks.
PAY: Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, plus a $3 PER HOUR BONUS at the end of the assignment for all workers who complete the entire assignment with perfect attendance!

- Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week, for approximately 2 consecutive weeks. Day shifts run from 6:00AM to 6:00PM, while night shifts run from 6:00PM to 6:00AM.
- Some of the tasks required during both shifts will include, but are not limited to: Shoveling debris from the ground inside cooling towers, hauling plastic filters onto conveyor belts, and using a small chipping gun along with several other basic hand tools.
- Workers will be required to wear protective clothing such as long sleeve shirts, and long pants which cannot have any holes, steel-toe boots, and other personal protective equipment (PPE) that may be required dependant on the task you are assigned to on each shift.
- Individuals considered for this assignment must be clean shaven as to ensure a proper fitting respirator; short mustaches are mostly allowed.
- All required safety gear will be provided for the staff and will be required at all times during their shift.
- Workers will be required to do on-site safety training/orientation, as well as an in-office training and safety test at Express's Pocatello location prior to the May 5th on-site orientation/safety training.
- Must pass a general background check and pre-employment drug screen to be considered. (If you have specific questions about background disqualifiers, please give us a call to determine if you would be eligible)
