Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is looking for a Robotic Welder to work in Maple Lake. The hours for this position are M-TH 4:30pm - 3am with overtime on Friday. Pay is $22- $27/hr. Onsite basketball court & workout facility!

1-year Machine Operating Experience Preferred But Not Required

Job Description For Robotic Welder
- Welding parts to specifications while setting up robotic welders
- MIG Welding
- Ensure all machines are running and tasks are being completed by deadlines
- Program robotic welding machines
- Set up machines according to the part number
- Troubleshoot irregularities in welds for possible material or tooling issues
- Fixture diagnostics
- Inspect parts regularly to meet blueprint specifications and quality standards
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of machines and other related equipment to consistently drive efficiencies and high-quality parts
- Seek out continuous improvement in the area
- Perform measurements with caliper/height gage
- Control of mating parts /-.020
- Follow all safety rules of the company and redirect others to follow safety rules
- Bend, twist, reach, while standing during scheduled shift
