Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Facilities Maintenance position with a non-profit organization located in the Bradenton, FL area.
Duties Include :
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Plumbing repair including Copper, PVC and CPVC Pipes, replacing faucets, toilets, sewer, and water heaters.
- Electrical repair including, replacing switches, outlets, lights, fire alarms, etc.
- Air Conditioning - Diagnose problems only
- Paint the exterior and interior of units.
- Complete grounds work, which may include picking up trash, sweeping curbs, maintaining landscaping and other duties.
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and co-workers.
- Complete the process of making vacant units ready to rent.
- Assure safety standards are used that comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
