PAY : $17.00 / Hour
SCHEDULE : Monday-Sunday
HOURS : Vary, 40 Hours / Week
- Weekend and Holiday availability required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Moves tables and chairs to set up events;Cleans windows, fixtures and restrooms and empties trash to ensuring the Event Center is clean and organizedPrepares Event Center by cleaning and stocking suppliesInspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list;Performs various basic maintenance of Event Center, grounds, and public facilities;Uses a variety of hand and power tools;Maintains grounds : mows, weeds, rakes, cuts and prunes bushes, landscapes;Adheres to all workplace and job specific safety guidelines, and uses personal protective equipment as instructed.Performs general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and application of herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers;Performs related functions as requiredJOB SPECIFICATIONS :
Knowledge of the methods, tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of facilities;Knowledge of landscape maintenance;Knowledge of workplace safety procedures;Ability to interact effectively with the co-workers and the publicAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to provide excellent customer service to clients and patrons;Ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactAbility to maintain effective working relationships.Ability to operate equipment safelyAbility to operate motor vehicles (including light trucks) safelyWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
