We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Provide Technical Support via phone / email / remote desktop to national distributors, licensed installers, IT staff and end users.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, or electronically
- Test and verify functionality of Audio & CCTV Security equipment; support PC,MAC software and mobile applications.
- Track customer issues and resolutions within SAP ticketing system
- Provide assistance with computer software and hardware configuration, networking, security and network implementation
