Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Office Manager / Accountant for an opportunity with a construction firm in the Cary/RTP area.
This is an on-site role, typically requiring about 30-40 hours/week. The role offers a $60,000 salary, plus benefits.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) input.
- Monthly and Quarterly payroll taxes.
- General Ledger reconciliation.
- Balancing checking accounts.
- Producing monthly job cost sheets.
- Tracking Simple IRA and health insurance payments.
- Making all rent and utilities payments.
- Taking deposits to the bank.
- Working with accountants on year-end taxes.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction permitting process.
- Help compile project closeout documents.
- Scan construction drawings and documents.
- Track company vehicle inspections, mileage, and taxes.
- Assist Project Managers with documentation as requested.
