Job Description:
As a Pharmacy Technician you will play a vital role in helping deliver outstanding patient care. You’ll work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth pharmacy operations, assist patients with their prescriptions, and provide a friendly face for those who rely on us for their health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in prescription fulfillment by preparing and dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering questions, and offering guidance on medication usage and storage
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper medication storage
- Follow pharmacy protocols and regulations to maintain compliance and safety
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure efficient pharmacy operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Certification from a recognized pharmacy technician program (PTCB or NHA) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
