We are looking for an Office Manager for a company in Los Alamitos, CA. The Office Manager needs to be able to wear multiple hats in this small business setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office and warehouse operations as well as outgoing orders
- Perform accounting duties, such as accounts receivable, collections, bank record reconciliation
- Provide customer service in person and on the phone and resolve problems
- Provide quotes to customers
- Handle phone calls
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing an office operations
- Knowledgeable in accounting
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
