Parts Manager
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 : 30 pm
Responsibilities :
- Oversee a parts department for a truck shop, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service and maximum profitability.
- Manage day-to-day parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering and stocking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, customers and employees.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Interact with customers to help identify and solve part related issues.
- Must be comfortable working with dirty trucks and lifting heavy parts.
