Looking for energetic Food Truck Manager to work hands on in a Food truck and Eatery. Flexible hours, days, nights and weekends. Interacts with customers, is respectful and works well with others. Performs administrative functions such as inventory, ordering, labor and sales reporting.

Candidates must also be professional with a passion for food quality, hospitality and financial accountability. This is a hands-on position and the Chef will be actively working in food truck and events indoors and out. This is a Part Time / Full Time, guest/client contact position.

As a Food Truck Manager, you are responsible to take the role of on-site manager, daily operations, financials and is hands on in the truck, catering hall or whatever venue we are in. Operations are open Sunday– Sunday and include nights, weekends and some holidays - this position is scheduled to work 5 days per week. The work schedule for will be determined in advance and based on business demand.

Key Responsibilities:
Prep menu items for food service events to include Eatery, food truck, catering, drop off and deliveries
Manage cost controls and expenses. Oversee employees and customer service
Plan and create menus including promotions
Set up & break down of propane tanks and generators
Work griddle, fryer, salad station as needed and work cashier and handle customer interaction.
Cleaning duties include; griddle, garbage, cleaning utensils, pots, and pans, and cleaning cooking surfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:
Food service degree preferred
3-5 Years Food Service Management experience
Culinary and catering knowledge
Budgeting & P&L experience with cost controls
Ability to adapt, learn and grow with a growing company

Experience:
Food service Management: 1 year (Preferred)
P&L Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Supervisor: 1 year (Required)
Restaurant / Professional kitchen: 3 years (Required)
Food Ordering: 1 year (Required)
Inventory Management: 1 year (Required)

Serve-Safe managers certificate required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
