A local restoration company has paired with Express to recruit a skilled Carpenter. This is a position that requires you to take direction well, keep a positive attitude, and possess a strong work ethic. Compensation for this full time position will be based on experience. Pay rates up to $25.00 hourly.
Responsibilities :
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and erect structural members of buildings.
- Measure materials to verify conformance to specifications.
- Move building materials around a construction site.
- Build and install window and door frames from rough lumber.
- Trim, level, or plumb framing members to ensure flush joints between them.
- Work closely with carpenters' helpers and other crew members to coordinate tasks such as layout, nailing, and finishing work.
- Assemble scaffolds and work platforms.
- Build forms for concrete.
Salary : $25
