Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Skills Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families facilitating some case management to enhance their quality of life. This includes working with high school students, and adults. The Life Skills Coordinator will also arrange a variety of programs to promote skills development. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team, have a background in case management and program development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans for individuals and families.
- Coordinate skills programs such as cooking, financial literacy, SMART Recovery, etc.
- Collaborate with community partners
Experience
- Background in social work is preferred.
- Familiarity with data collection methods to track client progress is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
