Now Hiring : Maintenance Technician – Up to $17 / hr Company Vehicle & Gas Card

Express Employment has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to support commercial properties across North Central WV . This role involves traveling between Kingwood and Elkins , providing maintenance and property management services for a variety of commercial businesses . A company vehicle and gas card will be provided.

Job Details :

Position : Maintenance Technician
Industry : Commercial Property Maintenance
Location : Based in Harrison County, traveling from Kingwood to Elkins
Pay : Up to $17 per hour
Perks : Company vehicle and gas card provided
Schedule : Must be available for on-call shifts and open to working weekends

Responsibilities :

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at multiple commercial business locations

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair issues

Maintain and ensure the upkeep of commercial properties, including routine inspections

Work efficiently and independently to manage multiple locations and service requests

Experience / Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Previous maintenance and property management experience, preferably in commercial settings

Self-starter who works efficiently with little supervision

Ability to handle a variety of commercial property maintenance tasks

Willingness to travel between locations as needed
