Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Specialist located in Thousand Oaks, CA. The Employment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as communication with job seekers and employers, conducting interviews, providing excellent customer service, offering training support, and recruiting qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting
- Ability to provide Training support
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is highly desirable
Compensation :
