Specialized Recruiting Group of Walla Walla is partnering with J&J Snack Foods to find their next Human Resources Coordinator.
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you'll maintain employee records, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, and provide administrative support. You'll assist employees with questions and problem resolutions, and support various HR tasks and projects.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Process payroll and manage HRIS system (UltiPro).
- Support recruiting efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientations.
- Communicate benefits information and assist with open enrollment.
- Monitor attendance and manage administrative tasks.
- Provide general HR support and contribute to a positive work environment.
Competencies:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Education and Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of HR experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
