An international recognized luxury baby-products company is seeking an experienced Escalations Lead to join their team. This is a contract opportunity, with potential to become permanent after evaluation.
$25/hr
Monday - Friday, full-time, day shift
Contract (~12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently take ownership of complex cases
- De-escalate challenging situations
- Guide both customers and team members toward effective resolutions
- Phone-based customer service
- Serve as a secondary resource for the team, providing guidance on tricky situations and being available for questions when needed
Experience Required:
- Strong experience in handling escalations
- 2 years of call center / phone based customer service experience
- Comfortability with dual-monitor system, multi-line phones, and basic computer functionality
Skills Required:
- Proactive, solution-driven
- Skilled in clear communication

- Strong team player
