Bilingual Outreach Coordinator
Location : West Phoenix
Pay : $20 - $25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule : Flexible, including evenings and weekends as needed

What We're Looking For :
Outgoing and friendly personality with a strong work ethic
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the community
Self-motivated, assertive, and results-driven
Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or community outreach is a PLUS but not required
Willingness to work weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities :
Check in daily with the team (via phone or in-office)
Follow the event schedule using our scheduling app
Set up marketing materials and engage with potential customers at retail stores, festivals, and community events
Conduct presentations on oral hygiene and promote our brand and services at schools and organizations
Approach potential new patients and share our high-quality dental care services
Canvass and promote our unique business model : 'One office for high-end dental care'
