Description : We are actively recruiting for Bilingual Receptionists for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing :
Use high-level skills to perform administrative support functions.
Possess the ability to multitask and complete deadlines on time.
Supervise clerical staff.
Assist leaders by coordinating office services such as personnel, travel arrangements, housekeeping, records control, and special management issues.
Execute non-routine matters and special projects with minimal instructions.
Develop, prepare, and manage agendas and reports.
Coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings.
Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with managers at all levels.
Use advanced computer software skills and office filing systems
Requirements : Microsoft Office
1-3 years Receptionist experience
High School Diploma / GED
Pay : $18 / hour
Schedule : M-F 8am - 5pm
