Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing clear, accurate information on policies and services.
Customer Support: Respond to questions from current and potential clients, ensuring all concerns are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Payment & Processing: Accurately process payments and maintain organized client records using systems such as Office 365, Canva, and AMS.
Multitasking & Organization: Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism & Reliability: Be punctual, reliable, and proactive in ensuring clients receive exceptional service at all times.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
