Blend Operator - $20

Located in Vancouver, WA

Salary: $20/hr

Express Employment has been a long standing partner of Church & Dwight, a large manufacturer of gummy supplements. In their Vancouver location, the blend department is the first stop for the raw materials needed to create their product! The job of a blend operator is to weigh, measure, tag, and load raw vitamin powders, sugar, etc. into an industrial blender according to different recipes. 4 day work weeks leave time to enjoy your 3 day weekend while still making your 40 hrs a week. For someone who is a heavy lifter, this is a great job.

Pay/Schedule:

Day shift: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm $20/hour

Job Duties Include:

• Palletizing boxes of raw materials (50 lbs consistently/constantly)
• Following written instruction to measure and portion various powders.
• Palletizing portioned product
• Following written instruction to load bags of portioned product into blender while standing on a short platform.
• Properly dispensing mixed product into prepped bag/box
• Prep boxes with plastic bags
• Tape boxes and palletize
• Will be trained and certified for half-face respirator mask. (Must be clean shaven)

Environment:

-Mildly dusty in certain areas

-Smaller warehouse building

-Small/medium sized team

-Areas where product is directly exposed to human contact is considered a 'clean room' area. Clean room requirements including a gown-up process which includes: (All PPE provided by company)
