Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop branch staff while creating a positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations with focus on member service and financial activities
- Perform loan reviews and underwriting with attention to detail
- Ensure branch compliance with federal regulations and internal policies
- Monitor transaction activities, loan volume, and sales metrics
- Maintain audit procedures and internal controls
- Operate ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) live video technology
- Provide recommendations to improve operational policies and procedures
- Train staff on operations, policies, and motivate product / service promotion
- Represent our credit union within the local business community
